Named after the mythical Adamastor, the god of wind and storms, this exceptional Bordeaux-style Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend captures the spirit of the tempestuous weather that Bartholomeu Diaz and other early explorers braved when rounding Africa’s southernmost tip.

Crafted from vineyards close to the coast where Diaz first navigated the continent, the relentless coastal winds and low-yield vines have shaped a wine of unparalleled depth and character.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Typical Elim minerality with enticing fynbos undertones, citrus zest, and white stone fruit.
• Palate: Full-bodied and creamy, complemented by toasted oak flavors and a refreshing dry minerality on the finish.
