A full-bodied wine with silky mouthfeel due to high extract. Notes of coriander spice and apricot blossom on the nose followed by ripe peach and almond flavours on the palate. The palate is rich but with good freshness distinctive to our cool climate.
Pairs well with spicy foods which don’t contain too much chilli such as Thai curries, mild peri-peri prawns or chicken, Chinese food.
Serve chilled, but not ice cold, ideally 10-12 degrees Celsius. Drink now to 2025.
