The Navigator 2017 excels at the world’s largest wine competition

The results from the world’s largest wine competition, the Decanter World Wine Awards, were announced last week and we were thrilled to receive a GOLD MEDAL and a 95 point rating for Strandveld The Navigator 2017.

The Navigator 2017 has recently been released and has already earned a 93 point rating from Tim Atkin MW, was awarded as one of the Top 3 Shiraz Blends in the Shiraz SA Challenge earlier this year and now this fantastic award.

The wines from the Cape Agulhas region certainly impressed the judges palates, with all seven entries earning medals, four of which were awarded to Strandveld Vineyards. The First Sighting Shiraz 2018 and Strandveld Adamastor 2018 won Silver Medals and the First Sighting Sauvignon Blanc 2019 was awarded a Bronze Medal.
